  • What allergens and ingredients are in your products?

    Ingredients list are provided for each item on the item’s page. We thrive to keep our equipment and products free from cross-contamination. However, our home-based bakery processes products with wheat, nuts, eggs, dairy as well as (more occasionally) soy, fish and shellfish products. Feel free to message us if you have specific food restrictions and questions.

  • When do preorders open/close?

    Preorders are usually open two weeks before the pickup date. You can order cookies 24h ahead and cakes 48hours ahead. We hope to offer shorter pickup times in the near future.

  • How do pickups work?

    You will be asked at checkout to choose a pickup/delivery with Uber Connect option as well as a pickup date and time. Pickup times are flexible but help us organize our production day. You will receive a reminder email on the morning of your pickup. Text 415-610-9051 when you are at our location at 1481 Innes Ave in San Francisco.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    We do not offer deliveries at the moment. However, we are happy to arrange Uber Connect pickups if you choose that option at checkout.

    Delivery is available through Uber Connect Tues-Sat. Select you pickup date and time at checkout. Open the Uber app, select "Package", set your pickup address as 1481 Innes Ave and set the drop-off address as your drop-off location. Please give your driver pickup instructions. They'll also need the first and last name from your order.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    We do not offer shipping at the moment.

  • Can I change my pickup date/time?

    Feel free to reach out and we will do our best to find a time that works for you!
